BIOSAURUS® Oversize Crushers

BIOSAURUS^® Oversize Crusher has been developed by BMH for reducing the oversize fractions after screening to maximize the use of combustible raw materials as fuel.

Combined with a BIOSAURUS^® Fuel Screen it forms a dusttight,entirely enclosed construction.

The BIOSAURUS^® Oversize Crusher is a robust design incorporating unrivalled operational and technical features:

•	slow-running mode minimizes the risk of overheating and spark formation
•	self-feeding design eliminates overloading
•	reversible running mode minimizes jams
•	two-way crushing against stationary counter-knife ensures longer lifetime
•	turnable teeth with screw-fastening and counter-knife constructed in a modular design to enable easy maintenance

BIOSAURUS^® Oversize Crushers are available in either one-rotor or two-rotor designs with various drive alternatives depending on the capacity requirements and materials to be crushed.
